Place your EXW order
Choose your product and complete checkout online. Once payment is confirmed, your order is registered and prepared for processing.
Receive your order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email along with your unique order reference number. This reference will be used for all order updates and communication.
Shipping confirmation within 24 hours
A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm how you would like to handle delivery:
- Option A: You arrange your own shipping - Use your own freight forwarder and coordinate collection directly (EXW).
- Option B: We arrange shipping for you - We will request your delivery address and prepare a shipping quote.
Shipping quoted separately (if required)
If you would like us to arrange delivery, shipping is quoted separately and invoiced as a second payment. This ensures you receive accurate pricing for your country and preferred delivery speed.
Dispatch or collection arranged
Once shipping is confirmed, the product is released for dispatch or collection. Tracking information will be provided where available.
